Our stunning villa with three big private terraces, heated (shared) pool 8x4 m and lounge area (300 qm), beautiful and well-thought-through living space as well as stunning panoramic views is the perfect place to relax for up to six people.A separate charging station for electric cars is available. Each of the rooms has a high-quality box spring bed, stylish furniture, TV and air conditioning. The guest bathroom was designed with the utmost care and attention to comfort and style. Each bedroom has direct access to the spacious terrace and the luxurious pool. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, making it the ideal accommodation at any time of the year. Guest access Guests have access to the villa (house A), the garden as well as the shared pool area. The property offers space for two cars, including one garage spot. Other things to note We offer our own wallbox (charging station) in our garage for charging electric/hybrid cars. The exakt billing takes place at the end of your stay and will be offset against your deposit of 200 euros (only for charging electricity in the garage). We use a wallbox of the latest generation “ChargeOne EVC04” from Vestel, Made in Germany. Occasional constructioin noise in the area possible.
