It is virtually diagonally across the street from the Empire Polo Grounds and the Music Festivals. Casa Indian Palms (Bus. License/Short-term Vacation Rental Permit #050606 is the primary residence and consists of 3 beds: a master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom and a Cal-King bed; guest room has a Queen bed; the Den/Office room has a comfortable Queen sofa-bed. The Casa also has a 2nd bathroom; living room; dining room; kitchen; laundry room, and backyard patio with a pond/lake view. **Please park all vehicles on the street in front of the house. Casa Indian Palms includes complimentary toiletries. Microwave, toaster, refrigerator and K-cup coffee maker. Stocked with complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa, bottled water, and muffins. Satellite TVs in the master & guest bedrooms and living room, Samsung Blu-ray & DVD Player & WiFi. Please Note: the listing is for the Primary residence only, it doesn’t include access to the detached Casita located in the front of the property. The Casita will also be occupied with guests. Guest access Entry via the front door. Backyard patio is accessible. Pools and courts are currently open. Guests have access to the three community pools located: (1) closest is walking distance two blocks west on the corner of Redford Way & Quinn Way; (2) Cochran Drive & Truman Way; (3) Main large pool on Eisenhower Drive across from the tennis courts near front entrance. Access to tennis, pickleball and bocce courts is open, but require pre-reservations. The Country Club two 9-hole golf courses and the Hangar 19 Restaurant opened to the public. Music Festivals shuttle may be available from the country club or across the street from main entrance for a reasonable fare with pick-up/drop-off from Casa Indian Palms. Minimum 30 minutes reservation required. Other things to note AirBnB is for the entire main house. Please note there will be guests occupying the detached Casita. Visitors vehicle entrance and exit access is only through the main gate at 48630 Monroe Street, Indio (on Monroe Street and Country Club Drive), located in the center of the westside. *However, if guests forward vehicle license plates number for pre-registration then they should automatically enter via the Jackson Street & Odlum resident gate on the east side of the country club. **If you haven’t forwarded the license plates number for pre-registration, please don't follow navigation as it may direct you to resident gates on Avenue 50 or Jackson Street and you won't be able to enter. Allow 5-10 seconds for gate cameras to read license plates. *Please park all vehicles on the street in directly in front of the residence.
