This garden-level apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes to downtown Denver. Full kitchen, king bed plus two twins. Close to I-70, resturants including Yak & Yeti, Sprouts, King Soopers, and other conveniences. The main bedroom has a large sitting area with couch and chairs around a fireplace. A second living area has the full kitchen, dining area and a twin bed with a pull-out twin trundle bed. These two rooms are separated by a door. Adjust the heat with your own thermostat. Guest access Guests the full apartment to themselves, including a full kitchen, bath with shower and laundry. They are welcome to park in the driveway or on street. There is a large backyard with a grill, fire pit and hammock. Other things to note There are two spare rooms not pictured. Both rooms could be used for storage. One room has a small desk you are welcome to use, and the other has a bed. This bed is not for use during your stay. It's just being stored in this room, which has a small (non-egress) basement window, so is not suitable for sleeping. The washer & dryer are accessible through the spare room that has the bed (not pictured).
