The space Our house was built in the 1950's but has been completely remodeled and continues to undergo transformations. I am a handyman, so I am always upgrading something or trying a new technique somewhere. Our house is very spacious and has an open flow layout…so you can cook and be right in the heart of the conversation in our open concept kitchen, dining and living room area. Seems like everyone's favorite place to hang out is around the kitchen island! There is a separate media room with a 50" TV and surround sound, perfect for movie night. My favorite area is the porch with the full size swinging bed. A beautiful spot for a pre-dinner cocktail or glass of wine. The bedrooms are large and each one has easy access to the bathroom. No events or large gatherings are permitted. This is a home in a quiet neighborhood and is intended solely for the amount of guests you have listed in your booking. Additional parking is along the side of the house, if needed. We have a lower level apartment separate from our guests with our own entrance and parking area which we usually stay in when the main level is rented.
