This is a private, fully furnished bedroom in a 3-bedroom home located in the Warrendale area of Detroit's west side. The room features a Full-sized bed, dresser, built-in closet, desk, and chair—ideal for comfort and productivity. You will share the bathroom and common areas with other respectful tenants or guests. This space is perfect for students, recent graduates, or professionals on contract. Single occupancy only – one person per room. The space Each bedroom has a full size bed, a closet, a dresser and built in closet a work desk and a chair. Guest access Guest can access all common area such as kitchen, living room, dining room, kitchen and laundry area in basement. During your stay I do not live at this house but I perform routine inspection every other day. Other things to note Before check-in, the guest must complete a short occupancy agreement by providing basic personal information and a copy of their ID ⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: HOUSE RULES & GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING ⚠️ To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, a $20 cleaning fee will apply to all reservations over 15 days, based on how the property is maintained during your stay. ✅ General House Rules: Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, but must follow all kitchen rules. . Guests are expected to clean up after themselves at all times. 🚭 Smoking & Conduct: No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is only allowed outside the house. Always close the exterior door while smoking and do not litter cigarette butts. Visitors are not allowed. No parties, no loud music, and no pets are permitted at any time. Shoes must be removed at the door. All guests must keep the space clean and take out trash before checking out. All guests are kindly asked to roll the trash can to the curb the night before trash pickup and return it to its designated spot behind the property afterward. 🛑 Inspections & Liability: The host is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in your room or vehicle. The property owner does not live on-site but may perform inspections with prior notice. 💡 Utilities Use – Help Us Keep Rent Affordable: Although utilities are included, we ask that guests use them responsibly to help keep costs low. Please follow these tips: Turn off lights when leaving a room. Avoid long showers. Turn off the tap while brushing your teeth. Do not leave water running while washing dishes. Do not adjust thermostat settings.
