We are a couple of husbands who enjoyed the countryside and the beach so we built for our family our country house in a strategic area for that purpose, now we want to share it with you. We personally take care of every detail of the house being available at all times to resolve any questions before and during your stay as well as give you all the recommendations that allow your experience to be as pleasant as possible and take the most beautiful memories. The space Our house is located in the exclusive condominium "Fundo Pradera Asia" at the height of Km 92.5 of the Panamericana Sur (1.5 hours from Lima), 5 km from the Boulevard de Asia shopping center where you can find Wong and Vivanda supermarkets all year round, first class restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc., 2 km from Bujama and Chocaya beaches, and 15 km from the district of Mala where there are all kinds of services, shops, banks, markets , etc. The condominium has private security 24 hours a day, large common areas such as artificial lagoon, football and fulbito sports field, grill area, golf, swimming pools for adults and children, private viewpoint, horses and a mini farm; It is closed and has paths surrounded by trees perfect for an outdoor walk, running, cycling or looking at the sunset from the viewpoint. It is located in the third stage of the condominium in which you have a Club House with tennis court, grill area and children's games that can be used by reservation with the administration. It is important to mention that the area has excellent weather, ideal for enjoying a nice day with family and friends during all seasons of the year. Guest access The house is on two floors which are finely finished and fully equipped with top quality furniture and utensils, it has a large pool for adults and children to enjoy to the fullest. The first floor consists of a spacious double-height living-dining room overlooking the pool, 3 bedrooms, visiting bathroom, terrace bathroom and bedroom bathroom, kitchen with TV and pantry room, gas hot tub, laundry area equipped with washer and dryer as well as a main terrace overlooking the pool. The second floor has 2 rooms with a bathroom each, a gas spa, a living room with TV and cable and two nice terraces furnished to enjoy the landscape and good weather. We have a wifi connection with excellent coverage that allows you to connect for distraction or work from anywhere in the house, we provide sheets, comforters, pillows, towels and toilet paper. We have a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol for all environments before guests' arrival as well as compliance with COVID protocols. Other things to note Kitchen/Dining Room: It is open concept with central island, 2 refrigerators, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, all basic appliances and full kitchenware, dining table for 8 people and TV with cable. Bedrooms: well lit and with Rosen beds, the main bedroom on the first floor has a private bathroom, walk-in closet and smart TV with cable, the two bedrooms on the second floor have an en-suite bathroom, closet and desks. Gardens/pool/terraces: Large terrace on the first floor overlooking the pool and backyard, 10 x 4m pool with depth from 1.5-1 1.8m; grill area implemented with Chinese box, grill and pergola with large table and chairs in the garden, campfire area. Parking: 3 parking lots on the front of the house and it is possible to park additional cars inside the condominium at no cost.
