The house opens up to the kitchen, dining and lounge room, and then out to a huge back patio with views down to the river, park and playground. Outdoor furniture and bbque are provided. The kitchen has everything required. There is a flat screen television and DVD player in the lounge room. All of this area is air conditioned. Laundry has a top load washing machine. A great relaxing house with tranquil surroundings and abundant wildlife. The space The main bedroom has a king bed and built in wardrobes with own shower and toilet area. Bedroom 2 & 3 have a double beds and built in wardrobes. The 4th room has a single bed and study area. There is a beautiful gardens surrounding the property and a crystal clear pool at the front of the property. Guest access Access to the entire house. There is no access to the garden shed and the pool and gardens are maintained. It would be great during the stay to maintain these areas if possible. Other things to note The river is so close and a beautiful walk to feed ducks and turtles.
