For security reasons, some reservations will be accepted in person, as we need to be sure that the person making the reservation will actually stay. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :). *Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times. TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have a washer and dryer, or are located near a laundromat. Please note that towels that are permanently stained or damaged will be charged for. To avoid this, you will find towels marked with the word “makeup” that you are free to use for makeup removal or for products that may stain. For stays of 15 days or more, a weekly cleaning service fee will be charged. This service is required to maintain hygiene and comfort during your stay. Security Deposit For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay. The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.
