The house got its historic name from the many osprey that hunt the bay from the sycamores that surround it. Ground-floor master bedroom (king) w/ ensuite bathroom, open-concept living room / kitchen / breakfast nook, and library / sitting room all open directly out to back-yard pool and patio, with gorgeous sunset-facing views over the Bay. Directly off the main entrance and foyer is a game room w/pool table and dartboard and the dining room. Off the kitchen is a wet bar, connecting to a screened-in porch, perfect for morning coffee or dinner on a nice evening.
