The space About the Space La Casa del Tío Wil is a comfortable and welcoming home for up to 8 guests, designed for families and groups of friends looking to relax, spend quality time together, and enjoy the beautiful north coast of Puerto Rico. Sleeping Arrangements The home features two air-conditioned bedrooms: Bedroom 1 One full-size bed, closet, and air conditioning. Sleeps up to 2 guests. Bedroom 2 Two twin beds, one full-size bed, closet, and air conditioning. Sleeps up to 4 guests. The air-conditioned living room features a full-size sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional guests, along with a TV and comfortable space to relax. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen is equipped with the essentials for preparing meals during your stay, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. A dining table provides a comfortable space to gather and enjoy meals together. Bathroom The home has one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Your Private Pool & Outdoor Space Step through the back door into your private terrace and pool area, exclusively for you and your group during your stay. Cool off in the pool, enjoy a BBQ, gather for a game of dominoes, or simply relax outside after a day exploring the island. No shared pool. No shared outdoor space. Just your group enjoying your own private retreat. Whether you’re planning beach days, exploring the area, or simply staying in and enjoying your private pool, you’ll have a comfortable place to come home to. Come for the pool and the beach — leave with great memories. 🌴 Guest access Guest Access Guests have private access to the home and its outdoor areas throughout their stay, including the private pool and terrace. The pool and outdoor space are exclusively for registered guests of La Casa del Tío Wil and are not shared with other guests or properties. Guests will also have access to the home’s living room, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, full bathroom, outdoor entertainment areas, and private on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note Other Things to Note La Casa del Tío Wil accommodates up to 8 registered guests. The home has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, so we encourage guests traveling with larger groups to review the sleeping arrangements and layout before booking to make sure the space is a comfortable fit for everyone. Private on-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. For everyone’s safety and to help us care for the property, the private pool and outdoor areas are intended exclusively for registered guests included in the reservation. We kindly ask guests to respect the home, our neighbors, and the peaceful residential environment throughout their stay. Visitors, Parties & Gatherings To protect the property and maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors, only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property. Outside visitors are not permitted unless requested in advance and expressly approved by the host. Approval is at the host’s discretion and must be obtained before the visitor arrives. Parties, events, and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Any approved visitors must follow all house and pool rules and may not disturb neighbors or exceed the property’s established occupancy and safety limits.
