🌳Lovers of TRANQUILITY and NATURE.🐤 3 cottages designed to accommodate families with children, friends, or work colleagues, where everyone enjoys comfort while maintaining their privacy. 5,000 m² park with a heated swimming pool from May to September (weather permitting) and various play and relaxation areas for young and old ⚠️ NO PARTIES IN THE EVENING⚠️ We live in a small hamlet of 5 houses Close to Rochefort, Sugères, Saint Jean d'Angély, Fouras, Châtelaillon-Plage, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin The space Cottage 1: a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, seating area with tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with FANS (one with a 140 bed, one with 2 beds of 90), bathroom with wc. Cottage 2: a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, seating area with tv. Floor: 2 bedrooms with FANS (one with a 140 bed, one with 1 140 bed, and 2 90 beds), shower room, wc. Gite 3: a living room with equipped kitchen, dining room, seating area with tv, DVD player. Floor: 3 bedrooms with VENTILATEUS (one with a 140 bed + shower and sink, one with 1 140 bed, one with 2 bunk beds), shower room, wc. No air conditioning, but FANS in all bedrooms. Outdoors: individual 🌳gardens with outdoor seating 5000 m² land: free run to different activities (outdoor games, or just relaxation). Not to mention its 🏊‍♂️heated🌡 and secure pool open from May to September (weather permitting). Possibility of A SMALL party at noon and afternoon. ⚠️ATTENTION!!! NO PARTY IN THE EVENING!!! We live in a hamlet with a neighborhood. Night noise PROHIBITED. We refuse fiestas such as EVG and EVJF or big birthday party. 🐕‍🦺Pets allowed UNDER CONDITIONS (check with the owners BEFORE your reservation): €30/stay/pet. (dogs kept on a leash), each owner must take responsibility and pick up the waste from their pet. Unfenced lot. Please note that dogs should only stay on the cottages area. ANY STAY FOR A PET MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL! Guest access 📍The entrance to the vacation rentals is at the back of the property. ⚠️ Do not enter the cul-de-sac; instead, follow the signs for "Le Bois Fleuri". Guest area: 5000 m2 of land (not fenced). ⛔️ Please note, guests are asked not to enter the private area (keep an eye on your pets). Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note ⚠️ATTENTION!!! NO PARTYING IN THE EVENING! We live in a hamlet with a neighborhood. Night noise PROHIBITED. We refuse fiestas such as EVG and EVJFs or big birthday parties. In order to respect the tranquility of everyone (guests, owners and neighbors), we kindly ask you to read and respect the rules made available to you in the cottages. Check-out: 10am July & August & Christmas Vacation 3pm the rest of the year The cottages should be left in a RESPECTABLE state of CLEANLINESS! ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: - COFFEE MAKERS: 1 filter coffee maker + 1 Tassimo in each gîte. - HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Yes, sheets are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will also have bath towels. Pool towels are provided free of charge for one-week stays upon request. For weekends, they are optional at €5/towel. - CLEANING/DISHWASHING KIT: In each cottage, you will find the essentials for cleaning = 1 dish towel, 1 sponge, hand dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, cleaning products, and a cleaning wipe. OUTDOOR GAMES: For each game, balls, pucks, rackets and balls/shuttles are at your disposal. - Pool maintenance will be the responsibility of the guests. The equipment will be provided: 1 pool robot to be started every evening (and morning if necessary), and 1 pool net. Cleaning during the stay may be done by the owners at the request of guests.
