A great location for hiking, mountain biking, swimming, boating ,fishing, stargazing, and enjoying the great outdoors. The deck overlooking the lake with lounge chairs, flowers attracting hummingbirds, chipmunks, squirrels, sometimes a bald eagle flying overhead, along with loon calls and breezes, is a great spot to spend part of your day (a favorite reading location). It is a 10+mile trip to the closest store, with dirt roads to traverse. The town of Rangeley is 18 miles away. There is a public boat launch 8 mi. away (3 mi. by water). Please note that the bedroom upstairs with a queen is accessed by a steep and narrow stairway and the first floor bedroom has a double bed. There is also a stairway to the lake and a small landing for chairs close to the water. Guest access The entire property.
