One of the coolest neighborhoods with trendy coffee shops and restaurants . All you need to enjoy your visit as much as you can! The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a nineteenth century building with no lift, 100 meters away from Museum Lucas stop station. Amazing location next to Guinness Storehouse and Jameson Distillery. Landmarks just as Temple Bar and Phoenix’s Park are just 15 minutes walking. Its location is perfect for walking around the most emblematic areas of Dublin. You can also walk to Chris Church Cathedral and Dublinia. The renovated apartment has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and pleasant. A full equipped kitchen to prepare your meals , if needed The house is shared with the Co-host, and is relaxed and friendly! The bedroom is comfy and the shared bathroom is cleaned daily whenever the co-host is using it. Finally, though I may not always be able to welcome you in person and we always have a self check-in guidelines for you to get easy access, plus, I’m always at the end of the phone for chat and advice! You will be given your own fob and key for anytime access. Guest access You will find available in the apartment bed linens, towels, soap and shower gel and shampoo, and toilet paper. We provide some basics like salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, tea or coffee free. We are available for any problems or questions that may arise. You are on holidays after all and our goal is to ensure our guests to have a great experience Other things to note You can check in any time of the day as we are pretty flexible and we will always try to workaround requests. You will be requested to verify your identity on Airbnb platform before being able to check into the flat. The keys of the apartment and building block are coded keys meaning that we will charge you for each set of lost keys or not returning keys at the check out a fee of €250. For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €350 smoking fee, at minimum.
