The space The space has been designed with vibrant colours and art in mind, including: - Floor-to-ceiling glass windows with black-out blinds - Colourful, 6-seater Morrocan 'daybed' style wrap-around sofa - Unique wall art and wall-mounted neon signs - Eight separate forms of mood lighting in the main space including under-counter and uplit kitchen cabinet lighting, soft table lamps and mood-lifting ceiling colour projections - A mirrored ceiling feature to further enhance natural light in the space - Both decorative and functional candles in the shared spaces - Decorative flower arrangements in the shared spaces Your bedroom spaces also include: - High quality linen, towels and hand towels - Space-saving, functional work desk - Bedside and desk lighting - Work equipment (stored, but available to use) including laptop stand, monitor, mouse, mousepad and keyboard - A handheld steamer - A hairdryer Amenities at the property include: - High-spec kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee machine, ice maker and all expected utensils; this property is normally a home and as such is well-equipped for living in. - Washer/dryer/clothes rack Guest access You will have full access to the bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, the utility room (with washer/dryer) and the bathroom. Two storage cupboards will be locked and will not be accessible. The utility room will contain Host personal storage (this will not need to be accessed by us during your stay). Other things to note Check-in and check-out may be flexible (please enquire), and can be done via a lockbox. Despite being in the center of a city the property is very secure, requiring an electronic fob to access both the main door and the elevator. Your bedroom door, as well as our apartment front door, is lockable with a key. When you arrive you'll be greeted with a Welcome Pack which includes towels, tissues, water bottles, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, laundry tablets, teabags and Nespresso coffee pods. Air conditioning is a rarity in London properties, making ours one of the only stays with A/C in both the living area and bedrooms for full temperature control, particularly handy in the warmer months. The TV in the living room is a smart TV and has HDMI and casting capabilities. **Reviews on our Airbnb listing sometimes cause confusion as some reviews mention 4 people enjoying the property all to themselves, while other reviews talk about our guests meeting the live-in Hosts. Please note that we alternate between sometimes making the whole apartment available for exclusive use, and sometimes only a room while the Hosts are there. When looking at the listing you will be able to see from the description whether the property is available as an 'Entire Home' (i.e. exclusive for 4 guests) or only a 'Room' (i.e. 2 guests and a live-in Host)** **Please also note that unfortunately we won't be able to welcome any non-paying guests (visitors) to the property for any length of time during your stay.
