The home is massive at 3900+ sq. ft., with 3 stories, featuring 5 bedrooms, and 5.5 baths. Every bedroom has it's own private bath, and flat screen tv. Community is perfect for families! The space What makes this house one of the most desirable in Destin, is that there is no street to cross to get to the beach. This gated and security guarded community is surrounded by multimillion dollar homes, geared towards families, and professionals looking to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life. Not the place for parties or large loud crowds that you would traditionally find in condo complexes. *Minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this vacation home. Guest access You will have access to the whole home, as well as have the ability to park 2 cars in the garage, giving you a total of 4 parking spaces (2 inside, 2 outside). If you have more than 4 vehicles in your group, you will need to find another place for them, as cars are not allowed to park on the street overnight in this community. Other things to note Only pets allowed are dogs, with 2 maximum. Dog age, breed, weight must be shared and approved before booking. No cats or other animals.
