The space This listing is for basement access only, including a downstairs kitchen/dining/laundry shared space with private access from the garage. These spaces will be shared with one other basement guest. From the bottom of the stairs, you'll have access to a private basement suite including a large living room with smart HD TV, bedroom and attached bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed with underbed storage, two bedside nightstand dressers, 48in writing desk, and full wardrobe with mirror to store belongings or clothes. The attached bathroom includes a 48in vanity and 32x60 tub/shower combination. Guest access In addition to your private basement bed/bath/living suite, you will have access to the basement shared spaces, including the kitchen, dining and laundry room. While there is a main floor living/dining/kitchen space upstairs, this listing is for basement access only. The backyard is currently undergoing renovation for summer 2023. During your stay I'm a Wichita native and easy to reach by phone or text if you need anything during your stay. While I no longer live onsite, I stop by regularly to check on the home and make improvements as needed. I'm always happy to answer questions about the area or hear suggestions to help make your stay even better. I hope we get the chance to meet in person someday!
