The space Modern and stylish Cottage in the heart of Cape Town. 2 Bedroom for our guests, each with an en-suite bathroom (showers only) and a dedicated working space. One bedroom is on the ground floor, completely private with a working space and own en-suite, this room can open to a central courtyard and has a door leading to the open plan areas. The second bedroom is on the first floor reached by a spiral stair along our beautiful vertical garden. Here is two rooms, the one a bedroom and a bathroom and the other a lounge space and workings space. Kitchen on Ground floor for self catering needs, bean to cup coffee machine and a full supply of coffee beans. Dining + Living room that lead to a patio and a small garden with a swimming pool. Full or semi serviced. Parking is on street, monitored by 24h camera surveillance and the possibility for off street parking in part of the garden, on arrangement with us. Our property has a security system with electric fencing and our street has a permanent secure guard and 24hour armed response. Guest access Access will be by arrangement. You will generally be checked in by someone but there is also a self check in option available on arrangement. You will find a small instruction manual on the house use inside. Ours house with garden and pool is completely private and only accessible by our guests. Please note that we do not allow unauthorised people or guests to the house during your stay. You should update your reservation should you have additional guests and we should be provided with this information prior for approval. Other things to note Our garden has automatic irrigation, which is set early mornings and after midnight. Please let us know if there is an issue. WiFi is throughout the house. Use the small pullout bin in the kitchen and empty on a Wednesday into the black bin provided in the side garden. Our housekeeper will collect this and make sure the bin is out on collection days. If you have a lot of waste, please arrange with us for placement at the outside bins. We request our guests to be kind and respectful to our neighbors and respect the local authority laws and to make sure that noise levels are lowered after 23:00 at nights. Please note that events are strictly not permitted at our house without arrangements. Please do not smoke inside our house but feel free to smoke in the garden. Please place your waste in the bin and not in the garden. We request you to please bing in small pillows from outside on rainy days. Please manage the umbrella when you require it, but always put it down when you leave the property, Cape Town winds can pick up quickly in summer. We kindly request that you use dedicated towels for the pool and the beach. Please note that our property perimeter is monitored by cameras connected to armed response. Please request our inflatable Standup Paddle Board before your stay if you want to use it.
