The owner has provided 4 adult bikes and 2 children's bikes for guest use. The home is off a shared driveway that is fairly steep. Please be prepared with studded tires or chains in the winter months. Maximum of 4 cars in the driveway. Suncadia does not allow street parking. Additional vehicles are welcome to park in the over-flow parking lot at the Suncadia Inn. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and Fitness Center at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control.
