Lake house with private pool and resort amenities

Unwind with family and friends at this resort style lake house. Our property is located on over 3 acres, tucked away in a private bay of a beautiful spring fed lake. The space Relax by the pool and soak up the view of the lake, enjoy a game of volleyball or explore the lake by kayak. The pool area is equipped with a tiki bar, barbecue and plenty of loungers. The covered balconies offer a great spot to read a book, or dine alfresco, even in the rain. At the end of the evening grab some firewood and head down to the lake for a campfire. The lake house features a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (the 4th bedroom is a second floor loft) and 2 bathrooms. The house is setup so that 2 families can enjoy a vacation together but also have their privacy. The lower level has its own kitchenette/bar area, family room with gas fireplace, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a full walkout to the pool area. There’s lots of outdoor and indoor games, 3 adult kayaks, 2 paddle boards, pedal boat, children’s kayak and several life jackets for kids and adults. Fully equipped for 4 season enjoyment with a wood stove, gas fireplace and central heating. Minutes to the K&P trail for snowmobiling and cross country skiing or enjoy snowshoeing skating or ice fishing on the lake. High speed (50 mbps) wifi is available throughout the property. There’s also a smart TV on the lower level with sound system. Other things to note Vacation rental agreement, including pool waiver and release of liability form, garbage/recycling removal requirements and noise level limitations will need to be completed by the renter immediately after booking. If you do not agree with any part of the agreement we will cancel your booking and provide you with a full refund. **This property is not suitable for parties. Loud music is not permitted.** Please note the pool is open seasonally from the end of May to the end of September. May-beginning of June the first pool is not guaranteed to be swimable, every effort will be made however this is the shoulder season and price reflects this.
