Welcome to our little slice of paradise located just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Our well appointed North American style home is in a beautiful, safe, and friendly 24-hour guarded community, ensuring peace of mind during your stay. We are walking distance to an active beach, a vibrant soccer field, restaurants, and more. Guests enjoy a shared luxurious home with owners. Locked 1-2 bedrooms are available with shared hallway-full bathroom. Amenities as listed The space We offer full kitchen and amenities,  barbecue grill, Boogie board use , private dining and sitting areas, hammock, hockey sack game. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, 24-hour 2-security guarded gated community.  Our community includes two pools, pavilion, showers/bathrooms and changing areas. Outside of the gates are great restaurants, super market, surfboard rental places (Aloha & Brett’s) and instructions all within walking distances. We are within 15-20 minutes to Playa Hermosa and Jaco. We are less than 15 minutes to the famous Hermosa surfing 🏄‍♂️🏄‍♀️ destination and Jaco, the party and business center city.  We are less than one hour by car to the famous Manuel Antonio Park and El Avion restaurant in Quepos, CR. We are serviced by two airports, San Jose International(SJO) and Quepos Regional airport.  Our balcony faces the beach 🏖 where tourists, Ticos and expats meet in a serene environment. We sleep to the sound of a very active Pacific surf and are backed up to a preserve and the beauty of the rainforest fauna and flora. We are well tucked away from the rowdy Jaco parties. We long to direct you to all the fun around that stole our hearts in our first visit to the area. We cannot wait to welcome and host you and your family! We sleep 6-8. Unfortunately, we do not accept parties, indoor smokers, large/exotic pets and any destructive behavior. Management reserves the right to denial of stay or dismissal for inappropriate behavior. Digital lock front door access with guest own code. Locked second-floor bedrooms. Shared hallway bathroom for guest rooms. For a small fee guests can use owners washer/dryer, barbecue grill, jacuzzi, beach bikes. Independent 1:1 studio available on property as listed separately. During your stay Owners are very friendly and accessible to guests at anytime and are a good source of information for the general area.
