Cozy 1 bedroom 1 bathroom private home, just outside of town only a couple miles from the airport. Close to great trails for hiking and cross country skiing, but outside of town enough to get a great show from the Northern Lights. Newly updated with a quiet environment, perfect get away. Full size washer/dryer, and all kitchen needs. A beautiful Alaskan property which you can watch float planes land and take off from the private pond across the road. Large windows for great views! Pets Allowed! The space One bedroom home with queen sized bed. Pack-n-play available as well as air mattress upon request. There is a water pump in the home that goes off periodically after use of water such as flushing the toilet or a long shower but should only run for a minute or so :). If the pump is running non stop please let us know. Much like most homes in Fairbanks we do not have an air condition unit. We normally don’t reach very high temperatures but there may be a few warmer days in the middle of summer just to be aware, we do have fans in the home and it always cools down in the evenings :). Other things to note Included in your price is an 8% hotel and room tax that is required by the state of Alaska to be paid on the total bill of your stay. No additional fee will be added for this.
