The space 🌟 Casa Limani is located at Finca Las Puertas De San Pedro, where we cultivate coffee, cocoa, and other products. ☕🍫 The rental income supports our sustainable agricultural processes, eliminating herbicides and pesticides. 🌱 🚶‍♂️ As part of your experience, you can enjoy walks along the trails of the finca. The house is situated in a remote and private location within the forest. 🌳 You will need to park in the designated area and walk approximately a minute and a half on an unpaved path. This path can be challenging as it is on dirt and is dark at night. 🌌 If you have mobility issues, this option is not recommended. ❄️ The house does not have air conditioning, but temperatures are cool due to the elevation the average nighttime temperature is between 65ºF and 80°F. Between November and February, they can drop to 60ºF or lower. 🚿 The water heater is gas-powered and only works for the shower. Location and Access: The house is located in a very remote area of ​​Puerto Rico, to get there, you'll have to drive on some unmarked, winding, steep, narrow, and uncomfortable roads. To get to the house, you'll need to follow our directions to the letter. 2. Arrival at Night: Arriving at night can be a challenge, but we'll be happy to provide you with a detailed route to make your trip easier. Additionally, we'll be available to help you until you arrive safely at the house. If you arrive at night, please be aware that it can be difficult to find restaurants or shops open after 8:00 PM, especially Sunday through Wednesday. However, the house is equipped with a stove and microwave for your convenience. 3. Transportation: There is no Uber, taxi, or other public or paid transportation service available in the area. Any vehicle can reach the property; however, if you need to rent one, we recommend choosing an SUV, preferably AWD or 4x4. Some examples include Bronco Sport, Toyota Rav4, or something similar. 4. Restaurants and Attractions: Most nearby restaurants and attractions are only open Thursday through Sunday. With your reservation, we will provide you with a guide with a wide variety of these. 5. Property Surroundings: The house is situated in a rural setting with abundant forests and vegetation. Although we have implemented measures to prevent insects and animals from entering the house, we cannot fully control nature. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations due to the occasional presence of animals inside the house. 6. House Amenities: The house provides essentials such as soap, shampoo, towels, linens, blankets, and kitchen utensils. Please bring warm clothing; temperatures can range from 60°F to 80°F at night. 7. Exploring the Farm: If you plan to hike and explore the farm, we suggest long pants, long-sleeved shirts, comfortable shoes, socks, a hat, and bring water. 8. Neighborhood and Safety: The area is safe, quiet, and surrounded by nature. All neighbors are family members. Power outages may occur, and there is no generator. No refunds are provided for the conditions described in this information. During holidays or weekends, there may be more noise than usual in the area. 9. Conditions and Refunds: If you are not comfortable with these conditions, please reconsider your reservation. No refunds are offered for the reasons mentioned in this section. 10. Distance and Travel Times: The house is located approximately 2 hours from Luis Muñoz Marín Airport. Travel times vary from other locations, depending on traffic. 11. Distances to local attractions: - Jayuya Hot Air Balloon and Ziplines: 14 minutes. - Cerro Morales (hiking): 20 minutes. - Jayuya Town (Bowling Alley, Artisanal Liquor Distillery, Public Plaza, The Tomb of the Indian, Gas Stations, Supermarket, etc.): 33 minutes. - “La Piedra Escrita”: 36 minutes. - Las Delicias Waterfall: 30 minutes. 12. Neighborhood: While the house is located in the peaceful Tetuán 3 neighborhood of Utuado, and this remote neighborhood offers serenity and tranquility, during holidays or long weekends, some residents may enjoy loud music, which, despite the considerable distance, could affect the calm of the environment. 13. Hurricanes: Hurricane season runs from June 1st to November 20th each year, with September being the most active month. In most cases, hurricanes can be predicted. If your reservation coincides with the approach of a hurricane, you should closely monitor its path. Cancellations will only be accepted for the following reasons: if the hurricane is certain to pass through the area or if it is impossible to reach the house once the storm has passed. Cancellations will not be accepted for the following reasons: power outages, excessive leaves, or difficult road conditions.
