The space The carefully equipped interior includes a queen-size bed, stove, refrigerator, microwave, local coffee, and reliable Wi-Fi. Everything is designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, from the surround sound for your favorite movies. From your balcony, take in breathtaking panoramic views, breathing fresh air and enjoying the peace of the mountain. Important to know: To get to Casita Limani, you can park in the designated area and then enjoy a short walk of about 2 minutes along a natural path, surrounded by vegetation. The road is not paved and has a rustic character, so it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. For safety and to preserve the environment, it is not allowed to drive down the trail, even if it is a 4x4. Access by rural road (You can arrive in any vehicle, but an SUV is recommended). There is no Uber or public transportation. There may be power outages (there is no generator). Not suitable for guests with limited mobility. You are not allowed to drive the car down to the house, even if it is a 4x4. • If you have mobility issues, this little house is not suitable for you. Guest access Guests can access: - The entire interior of Casa Marsellesa - The private balcony with spectacular views. - Our designated camping area (with prior reservation) - Natural trails and areas surrounding the farm, after consulting with us and at your own risk. ⚠️ Note: - Some areas of the property, such as trails, parking lots, and others, may be shared with other visitors. - Hiking and exploring are always at your own risk: wear appropriate clothing and footwear. If you have any questions, we're here to help! 🏡 The Neighborhood and the Farm - Location: Barrio Tetuán 3 (Utuado/Jayuya), quiet area surrounded by nature. - The house is 300 feet from the road and 800 feet from the nearest house* - On rare occasions you might hear music or rural noises. Tip: If you value absolute silence, bring earplugs. 📍 Access and Location - Remote mountainous area, closer to Jayuya than Utuado. - We'll send you detailed directions after you book. - Steep and winding paths, some without signage. - Important: Roads are still being rebuilt after Hurricane Maria (2017), there may be detours and construction. - Note: Cañón Blanco is NOT near the property (common error on maps). 🌙 Night Arrival - Arriving at night can be more complicated, but we will give you clear instructions and assistance. 🚗 Transportation - There are no Uber, taxis or public transportation. - You can get here in any vehicle. 🌿 Natural neighborhood - Surrounded by nature: insects or small animals may appear. - No refunds are made for wildlife. - Power outages may occur (no generator). - Although it is a quiet place, noise may vary on weekends and holidays. 🛎 Amenities Included ✔ Towels, sheets, blankets, soap, shampoo and basic kitchen items. ✔ Kitchen equipped with a stove and microwave. 🧥 Bring warm clothes: nights can drop to 15°C (60°F) in winter. 🥾 Exploring the Farm - You can hike trails and plantations at your own risk. - These are not exclusive areas; you may coincide with other visitors.
