The space This 4 acre desert retreat property, situated in the Tucson Mountains (west Tucson) is shared with the architect owner/builder and his wife who designed and built both the main house and the casita. The casita sits across a large courtyard with a private drive, private parking and private entry court. The hosts who will continue to live and might be seen on the property will respect your privacy but be available should needs arise. Guest access Guests will have access to owner laundry facilities which are located just a few steps from the casita and can be used any time. Other things to note We are nestled on the edge of the beautiful Tucson Mountains about 10 min from the food venues and breweries of downtown Tucson, 15-20 min from The University of Arizona, Old Tucson, The Desert Museum and Saguaro National Monument West. You will be in walking distance from amazing desert hikes and mountain bike paths. The road cycling on this side of town is great as well if you're inclined You will have a private drive and parking spot at your casita.
