The large great room offers multiple comfortable seating areas, dining for ten, a workspace, and a large yoga corner with ballet barre and full length mirror. Tall ceilings, large windows, and sound-proofed walls make this an ideal space for gathering with friends or family to converse, share a meal, enjoy the views, play games, watch movies, read, dance or work out. The modern updated kitchen is bright with all the appliances and amenities you’ll need, plenty of bar seating, and ocean views. Large front doors open from the kitchen onto the outdoor deck with seating for dining and lounging and overlooking the coastline. Washer/dryer located discretely in the kitchen. There are two sleeping rooms with lots of bed space, great for families or groups. One bedroom is completely private with one queen bed and a twin day bed. The second bedroom is separated from the great room with a curtain and features one queen bed, and one double bed bunked with a twin bed on top with a small desk/play area for kids. One private, spa-like bathroom with ADA accessible shower is shared among all your guests. For guests staying longer than 10 days, we provide one complimentary interim cleaning service. In order to access the beach, you’ll walk 5 mins to Lookout Park which overlooks the ocean and features a playground, BBQ grills, and grassy areas. Then you’ll take a short trail down to the sand where you may see dogs, horses, seals, whales, dolphins, pelicans, and much more. Ample parking on site. Walking distance to beaches and shops. You may never need to drive from all that Summerland has to offer, or you may enjoy day or evening trips to Carpinteria, Montecito, or Santa Bárbara, which are each about 10 mins away for more exploring, shopping, activities, and nightlife. Highway 101, which runs along the Santa Barbara coastline, is close by and makes driving easy and convenient, when necessary.
