No party bookings – only quiet guests! Casa Colina Soleada is nestled in a wonderfully rural setting and boasts a fantastic view with a distant view. The guest house is on the same property next to the landlord's house, but a large terrace with pool offers a private separation between the two houses. IMPORTANT: PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, maximum 6 guests without exception! NO PARTIES, no bachelor parties! The space The entire terrace and pool are for the exclusive use of our guests. The landlords are extremely considerate and do not use these areas so you can relax undisturbed. Exception is urgently needed maintenance of the pool, which will be carried out if possible in the absence of the guests. Ideal for relaxation: Enjoy your time by the pool in a quiet and pleasant environment with fantastic views. The long sandy beaches can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. You can surf, windsurf, kite or just lie in the sand. If your perfect place for your vacation is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists and party noise, then this is the place for you. Our surroundings are characterized above all by tranquility and the typical serenity of the country.
