This pretty peaceful 90 m² cottage, completely renovated by its owner, on the edge of a private 1-hectare pond, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family and fishing lovers. It is isolated on a 3-hectare plot at the edge of the Mittersheim Forest between the Lorraine Regional Park and the Vosges Regional Park. 500 m from a marina along the Sarre Canal, it is ideal for walking or cycling. It's a haven for nature lovers! The space The accommodation includes a large fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and espresso) with everything you need for cooking (dishes, some spices and cleaning products). It also has a large living and dining room overlooking the back terrace, equipped with garden furniture. You will find 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds with storage cabinet and wardrobe (sheets and duvets provided). Possibility of 2 extra beds in the sofa bed (with surcharge). The bathroom has a shower, a towel dryer and a washing machine (laundry and bath towels provided). The outdoor terrace has garden furniture with a large umbrella. Large barbecue and its accessories available. Central heating. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. A pontoon gives access to a boat (or a paddle in season), allowing a nice little ride on the pond. adult bikes and children's bikes, 1 high chair available (upon request). Guest access Private property with gate. Self check-in: you can check in to the cottage with a lockbox. Other things to note In Mittersheim you will find the essential shops. This village is a land of wide open spaces, expanses of water (its 220-hectare green lake) and green forests and is part of the Natura 2000 network. Nearby visits: Arzviller inclined plane (25 km), Dabo rock (20 km), Sainte-Croix park (15 km)… The property is supplied by a well. You have 25 L of drinking water available on a second lever tap in the kitchen. It can be refilled on request and free of charge. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Fishing is regulated: obligation to fish for carp with barbless hooks. Variety of fish present in the pond: carp, sturgeon, zander… Fish caught must be put back into the water.
