The condominium has 2 additional swimming pools, a restaurant, market, and 24-hour security. The space The house is located in the third row, recently built and with fine finishes. On the terrace there is a swimming pool, dining room, grill area and Kamado area (the latter is available in high season). Guest access In summer season you can access all areas of the condominium: adult pool, children's pool, grass soccer field, tennis court, fronton and basketball, children's play area, etc. In another season (April to December) please check the availability of the condominium's common areas. Parking: Two spaces are offered, one near the house and one in the visitor area. Other things to note In summer, the condominium has a restaurant that offers a menu and à la carte dishes, a well-stocked market, and other amenities. Restaurants in the area also offer delivery By condominium rules, only 1 pet is accepted with an additional daily cost (50 soles per day) which is paid directly to the administration, with specific walking hours and delimited walking areas within the condominium. The rental of the property does not include towels of any kind. Bedspreads, blankets, shampoo, soap, etc. are also not offered.
