In compliance with ADA, service animals must be disclosed in advance. Non-service pets require prior approval and a $100 fee per stay (for stays under 15 nights). There is NO Central AC at the unit Guest access 🔢 The entire home is included in this rental. There is a Smart keypad at the front door, a keypad at the Garage door and access to a Car Garage Door Remote for your use while in house. Please make yourself at home! Other things to note 🧴 Each home is thoughtfully stocked with essential household items, including dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. APRÈS signature bath amenities—shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion—are also provided. For extended stays or additional usage, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed. All beds are prepared with fresh linens prior to arrival. Bathrooms are stocked with towels based on the home’s advertised occupancy, and our team completes a detailed pre-arrival inspection to ensure everything is properly set. For reservations exceeding 14 nights, APRÈS will coordinate a brief mid-stay visit as part of our routine extended-stay care. This standard check supports proper system operation and provides an opportunity to refresh basic starter supplies. The visit will be scheduled in advance at a convenient time after you’ve had the opportunity to settle in.
