Welcome to our off-grid Tiny solar home nestled in the exclusive Golf and Beach resort community of Gran Pacifica, Nicaragua. Just 1 hour and 30 minutes from the Managua Airport, our property offers a perfect blend of serenity and adventure. Situated on the Pacific Ocean, our home is a 5-minute walk from Asuchillo surf and swim beach within the gated community of Gran Pacifica. With 3.5 miles of private beach for our guests, you'll experience the beauty of the ocean at your doorstep. The space 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: This beautiful home is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, solar home with an abundance of modern luxuries. Spend a few days (or more) in paradise! The main floor bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the upper floor offers a unique space with a sofa that converts into a 2-person bed. Each room is equipped with its own 3-piece bathroom, ensuring your comfort and privacy. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV for your entertainment needs. The upper floor bedroom has a separate entrance from the main floor. 📌 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This home is 100% solar power. It is recommended to keep the AC no lower than 27C degrees (81F) low fan during the evening when there no sun. This is a small house so this will keep you very cool overnight. During the day, when there is sun, it can be used as needed. Amenities: Enjoy modern comforts with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower floor provides a dedicated workspace for those who need to attend to business matters. There is also a 2-burner stainless steel gas grill that you are welcome to use during your stay. Our house runs 100% on solar power, providing an eco-friendly and off-grid experience. *Note that the AC units in the house should be set to 27 degrees Celsius or higher to provide for enough electrical power to last the entire night. This is a very comfortable level and common for the tropics. Onsite free parking is also available for your convenience close to the house. Rooftop Terrace: Enjoy breathtaking sunset views from the upper floor's sliding doors that open to a rooftop terrace. This is the perfect spot to unwind, sip on a beverage, and soak in the beauty of the ocean. Guest access You have access to the entire house (main floor, bedroom, and upper floor bedroom and terrace). 📌𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This home is 100% solar power. It is recommended to not put the AC temperature too low and use the low fan setting during the evening when there no sun. This is a Tiny Home so this temperature should keep you very cool overnight. During the day, when there is full sun, it can be used at a lower setting if needed. Other things to note The Eva community is 85% complete with most homes completed, however, there are a still few homes still under construction. Workers will be on site Monday to Friday from approximately 7am-5pm. Resort Fees: Gran Pacifica charges a resort fee to all guests renting inside the community. This resort fee is to be paid at the Front Gate upon entry. The charges are $17US+VAT ($19.55US) per night up to 7 days. After the 7 days no additional fees are charged. EARLY CHECK-IN OR LATE CHECK-OUT Please contact the co-host Lindsay to arrange if available. Please specify how many hours. If available it will be $25 for upto 3 hours and paid in cash upon arrival. Community Amenities: Surfing (additional cost for board rental and/or lessons). if desired surf lessons can be arranged through co-host. Enjoy the use of the tennis court, soccer field, disk golf (additional cost for disk rental), 9-hole golf course (additional cost for clubs and cart rental), horseback riding (additional cost), yoga classes (additional cost) and an onsite award-winning restaurant. A relaxing 1 hr in-house massage ($20) can also be arranged through our co-host. Electric golf carts 🛺 are available for rent (arranged through the resort reception) and are recommended if you do not have your own vehicle. Prices: $US (Plus $100 refundable damage deposit) Daily 24 hr period - $35 ($5 extra per hr) Weekly - $175 Monthly - $450 Explore Nearby: Venture beyond the community to discover Nicaragua's rich cultural heritage. Our house is conveniently located: 1 hr 20 mins from the Capital Managua, 2 hr and 20 mins from the colonial city of Granada, 1 hr 30 mins from the historic city of Leon, and 2 hr 14 mins from the Flor de Cana Rum Factory for a taste of locally hand-crafted spirits. On-site Farmers & Local MadeMarket: We have a farmers' market that happens on Thursday afternoons around 3-4 pm. A local Organic Farmer (Yocate Farms) comes to the community and sells a variety of fresh vegetables and locally produced items. Typically, orders are placed before Thursday to ensure availability for Friday pickup. Market is located at the beach palapa near front reception area. You can view what he has available and place your order at his website 👉🏼 Mike the farmer. org There is also a local resident that sells freshly made breads/bagels/treats and local organic coffee. Groceries/food/shopping: There is an on-site restaurant and bar (Sea Salt) that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, just 1 minute outside the gates is Abierto Hoy, a general store, that has a variety of groceries such as fruits, vegetables, spices, sauces, bread, pasta, snack, drinks (non-alcohol & alcoholic) and other items. Alice's bar/restaurant is located next to the Abierto Hoy store and serves lunch and dinner and drinks. There are no larger grocery stores near Gran Pacifica. House Maintenance: 🌟 VERY IMPORTANT: 🌟 Please use the outside hose to rinse off sand prior to using the showers to avoid clogging our drains with sand. 🚫 No smoking 🚭 allowed in the house. **Washer/Dryer:** Available ONLY for GUESTS staying 7 days or longer.
