The kitchen is well-functioning and has dining space for 4 people. From the common room, there is access to a large living room with both sofa and dining area. Music and TV are streamed. From the common room, there is access to the hallway and bathroom with tub and shower. From the common room, there is also access to the 2nd floor where there is a large repos with a view and sofa. 3 bedrooms. 1 double bed and 2 3/4 beds. The house is well furnished and cozy, and is highly valued by the owner. My home means a lot to me, and I hope that tenants will take good care of the house, the furniture and the garden. There is an older and sweet cat living at the address. She has a cat flap and goes in and out on her own, but you have to be able to accept that she lives in the house and not be allergic to cats. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including laundry facilities in the basement. However, no access to the room in the basement. Other things to note Electricity is charged according to current consumption upon departure. Electric cars must NOT be charged on the street, as it is not allowed to pull cables across the sidewalk.
