One level living with a view across the Chesapeake Bay of the most amazing sunsets over the Annapolis skyline. Take the bikes on the local trails, nap on the hammock, play corn hole, take the beach chairs/toys to the private neighborhood beach, go to one of the many excellent restaurants, visit historic Stevensville, take a trip to Annapolis or DC, & so much more! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with all the linens, towels, pillows, and blankets, and toiletries you will need for up to 8 guests. Plenty of room to spread out in the living, dining, and sunroom areas with large, adjoining kitchen. Full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Yard spaces on all sides of the house and an EV charger at the driveway! Plenty of parking. Guests will have the whole house and yard to themselves! Guests can text or email at any time. I will respond as soon as possible. Emergency numbers are in the house manual. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a small private beach right across the street from the house. Have a walk around the neighborhood or bike down the road, and take the wonderfully wide bike trails all along Rt. 8 from the Bay bridge to the tip of the Island! Walk, bike, or drive - there are many wonderful places near by. Walk to the private beach or go for a stroll around the neighborhood, bike along the Island bike trails, take a drive to the many great restaurants, shopping, and sites of the island, spend the day or evening in Annapolis (about 20 miles from the house), or take a day trip into Washington DC (about 50 miles from the house).
