Omma's Loft

Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway. The space Two open bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bathroom with large shower and two sinks. There is a desk/work area with outlets for charging. This space is connected to our home but there is a laundry room between the two and this has a separate entrance similar to a duplex without adjoining walls. Guest access No backyard access. Other things to note House Rules for Ommas Loft 1. No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down, especially after 10 PM. 2. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time. 3. Parking: Park only in designated parking areas off-street. Do not block driveways or park on the grass. 4. No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. 5. Fire Safety: Fire extinguishers are provided and mounted on the wall for your safety. Familiarize yourself with their locations upon arrival. 6. Respect for Property and Neighbors: Treat the property with care and respect. Report any damages or issues immediately to Jisoo, your host. 7. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 18 during daytime hours. Additional guests beyond the reservation must be approved in advance. 8. Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am Please leave the property in the same condition as you found it to avoid extra cleaning fees. 9. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in advance. Additional fees and conditions may apply. 10. Security: Lock all doors and windows securely when leaving the property. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized persons. 11. Emergency Contacts: In case of non medical or life threatening emergencies, your host, Jisoos’ direct number is in your booking instructions and posted onsite.
