Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway. The space Two open bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bathroom with large shower and two sinks. There is a desk/work area with outlets for charging. This space is connected to our home but there is a laundry room between the two and this has a separate entrance similar to a duplex without adjoining walls. Guest access No backyard access. Other things to note There is a driveway space for two standard size vehicles and it’s gravel/rocks as opposed to concrete. If you need to park a trailer let me know in advance and we should be able to accommodate.
