Our little 2 Bedroom Studio/Loft apartment is an open design inspired by our roots in New York City. It has a full kitchen, large bathroom and a covered front porch. It was originally an airplane hangar where a local legend built bi-planes before being refinished into an apartment for my mother. The home is on a dead end street and only one mile to the freeway. Two open bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and one bathroom with large shower and two sinks. There is a desk/work area with outlets for charging. This space is connected to our home but there is a laundry room between the two and this has a separate entrance similar to a duplex without adjoining walls. No backyard access. We live in the adjoining home so we can generally be available for any issues that may arise. There is a driveway space for two standard size vehicles and it’s gravel/rocks as opposed to concrete. If you need to park a trailer let me know in advance and we should be able to accommodate.
