Our glamping site is nestled in the heart of Lumot Lake- a perfect escape from the chaotic city life & immerse urselves in the serene beauty of great outdoors. Feel the comfort of our stylish & cozy huts, pavilion, amenities, while enjoying the adventures in the lakewaters and woods. The space HOW TO GET HERE? Our glamping site is located in the heart of Lumot lake waters, at Cavinti, Laguna. Just 3 hours drive from Metro Manila, our guests can Maps or Waze “LUMOT LAKE BOAT TERMINAL”, where they can exit SLEX at Turbina Real, ByPass Road, Los Banos, Pila, Sta Cruz, Pagsanjan, Cavinti. The lake boat terminal is just beside Lumot Brgy Hall. We have a designated parking lot for our guest, "The Greenlake View Pay Parking", parking Fee is 200/vehicle/night. Boatride is 1K per round trip for a group of 6 pax, all payable to boatman. One boat ride can accommodate up to 15-20 pax, with a different charge. It will be a 10-15 min boatride to the glamping site, o be sure to enjoy your cruise along the way. ACCOMMODATION: Once you arrive at our glamping site, you can immediately see our stylish huts located at the lakefronts. There is one big Main Hut (Balai Daku) and 3 units of Teepee Huts (Balai Gagmay), all mirror glass-walled so you can see the lake waters view at any time of the day. *** THE PROPERTY YOU RENTED: IN THIS LISTING, your friends and or family can exclusively stay in the Greenlake View Island, and accommodation in Balai Daku (Main Hut) can accommodate 6 persons. This is an open concept room, with King & Queen Size Double Deck bed and a pull out Double size bed. With living space, dining table, kitchen and toilet and bathroom. Bathroom is equipped with bidet and shower heaters too, since it can get really cold specially at night. Our accommodation includes already bed linens, blankets and bath towels. We don’t have any Air-conditioner as we would like you to enjoy the natural fresh air. Our site is a rainforest area that is naturally cold specially at night. There is 24/7 electricity supply so you can make use of electric fans in case. Wouldn’t hurt our environment that much, and stay being GREEN GLAMPER. Guest access OUR GUEST CAN ACCESS for FREE & UNLIMITED USE of these AMENITIES: * OVERLOOKING PAVILION with; a. Kitchen Area- complete with complete cooking utensils and appliances (Refrigerator, Griller, Rice Cooker, Water Heater, Oven, Pans, etc.) b. Dining Area- Long wooden table and benches- 20 seater, bar tables and chairs (dining utensils ready to use) c. Coffee and Bar Area with coffee makers, coffee and cocoa and other drinks for sale d. Stage and Jammin Area- with beanbag, guitar, beatbox to jam with e. Optional Videoke at 500 per day unlimited songs. (Limited time up to 9PM only- as we strictly observe Quite Time with the neighbors) * 2 x Common Bathroom- Modern Bamboo designed, with showers and bidets * Bonfire Area- free use of wood for bonfire * Picnic Area under the main hut where u can also dine on a Japanese style set up. * Floaters & Vests (Aquapads, etc) * Crystal Kayak for Photoshoot (1 hour per group of guest) * 2-3 seater Kayaks with Paddles * Small boat for fishing & Fishing Rods * Water Dispenser with Drinking Water * Free use of 2 burner stove with Gasul * Free use of Charcoal for Grilling * Free use of WIFI *Other camp facilities *ILOG TOUR TREAT for cold, flowing river and CLIFF JUMP adventure Expect a little bit of excercise for some steps stair climb going to the Pavilion since is located at the top-most area of the property where you can enjoy an al-fresco dining in the middle of the woods, and a 360 degree view of the lake and property. We tried to preserve and maintain the trees in the woods in as much as we can, so expect some slopes in the area but you get to experience nature at its best. Why bother to travel for 3 hours if you just want a flat, boring resort? No need to worry for piling up charges for all that you used to enjoy during your stay since almost all amenities are activities are all for free to use. Other things to note 1. There is 24/7 Electricity and Water Supply- please let us know if you intend to bring special equipments such as lightings for pictorials, etc. Kindly help conserve use of water and electricity, make sure to turn off faucets, lights and appliances when not in use. In case of power outage, we have generator for limited time use, and you may bring extra power banks in case. 2. There are spots in the camp where there is limited mobile and data signal- the most stable is at the Pavilion. Globe and Ditto provides better connection too. 3. Our huts can accommodate up to 15 guests. In excess of 15 pax, we will charge PhP 500 per head for adults and PhP 300 per head for kids 15 yrs and below, and they can bring and pitch their own tents. This can be paid onsite. 4. Pets are allowed, specially on exclusive accommodation. Just be responsible pet owners to make sure we clean and do not damage any item in the area. 5. Bring your own Food, condiments and other ingredients for cooking, ice tubes, dishwashing liquid- the only items for sale in our site for now are coffee grounds and davao’s finest cocoa tablea. 6. In case you missed to bring any essential item, there are small sari sari stores across a 3min kayak ride. You may use our kayak to cross. The sari sari stores however closes early before 6PM, so make sure to buy ur essentials before nighttime. 7. Bring your own toiletries, and OFF-lotion, specially if you have kids with you, to avoid some bugs at night. 8. Videoke is available for rent at 500 (unlimited songs) per day, but we still encourage everyone to bond with talks and laughter. Videoke is strictly allowed until 9PM only- as the neighborhood observes Quiet Time. 9. As a treat to our guests, our ILOG TOUR is for free. It will be a 3-5mins Kayak ride and walk from the property, where you can enjoy swimming at a very cold flowing river waters and brave the cliff jump adventure. If u are in a bigger crowd and u want a bigger boat ride, just inform our caretakers and we can rent out some boats from the locals for a minimal fee (normally at P300 for the entire group of round trip). 10. Again, rates are exclusive of the round trip boat ride fee from the Lakeboat Terminal to and glampsite. For a group of 10-15 pax, round trip fee is PhP1500 for the entire group. For a group of up to 6 pax- round trip boat fee is PhP 1000. For 2 persons - round trip boat fee of PhP 700.00 only. Boatmen normally charge double per trip during nighttime. 11. WHAT TO BRING? - [ ] FOOD and DRINKS, for you to cook and consume. We dont have restaurant services, though most basic cooking utensils are complete and free to use. - [ ] OWN TOILETRIES- shampoo, soap & conditioner, OFF Lotion specially if you have kids 12. We want our guests to enjoy and have a comfortable stay at our site. Be at home, and at the same time be responsible to take care of the things and facilities in our site, as if it is ur own. While all of these are free to use, once damaged or broken (broken glass, stained linens, etc), please voluntarily inform us so we may charge accordingly. 13.
