Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. My 3 storey barn conversion is a unique and unusual construction. The airbnb is a self contained suite of 3 rooms on the second floor with private access. It consists of a well equipped double bedroom, a cosy sitting room and a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. The sitting room does have a sofa bed suitable for another couple travelling with you. It is in the Staffordshire countryside. Derbyshire is in easy access. Parking for 2 cars. The space The accommodation consists of 3 private rooms on the top floor of the barn conversion. The suite of rooms will be entirely for clients use. The sitting room has a bed settee which can be converted into a double bed and used for an extra person or couple. There is an extra charge of £20 paid at the property to cover the additional laundry costs. Guest access Guests can access their private and exclusive rooms via stairs on the outside of the building. The outside door leads to an inner hallway and a further set of stairs up to their own suite of rooms. Guests will have their own keys to come and go when they please. Other things to note Breakfast is not provided at the Airbnb but a continental breakfast can be provided by the owner on request with prior notice at an extra cost of £15 for 2 or £10 for 1 person. However the property does provide microwave, toaster and kettle to make your own.
