The house in Boizard is ideal for partying, surrounded by nature in the park of the Domaine de la Rivière, secluded and perfect for getting together with friends or family. Fully equipped: dance floor, hi-fi, lasers, strobe light to enjoy all night! Large wooded garden including: barbecue, fire pit, volleyball, badminton, ping pong, petanque, hammock, 2 boats, and access to a 140-hectare private park. Easy access from the train station, a 15-minute walk away. Tents are not permitted. The space The house is very friendly, functional, perfectly equipped and designed to receive and to party. The bedrooms are equipped with new, quality bedding including linens and towels. The curtains are blackout and the calm is absolute (3 bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms) If necessary the house is very well heated. Recently renovated, the "Maison de Boizard" is welcoming and perfect for making wonderful memories with friends and family. Guest access 1h30 from Paris, or by train, Pontgouin train station is a 15-minute walk away (Montparnasse train station). The entire garden and house are exclusive to you. The 140 ha park of the Domaine de la Rivière is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Other things to note The house is 115 km from Paris, 25 km from Chartre and accessible by train at Pontgouin station (15-minute walk) or Courville-sur-Eure 10 minutes by car. A supermarket is open in the village of Pontgouin (30 min walk) 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. - 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. All other shops are a 10-minute drive to Courville-sur-Eure (10 km) or La Loupe (10 km) Cleaning is included, but it is appreciated that the accommodation is respected and left in a clean condition.
