It is on a extremely quiet street in a awesome area close to several lakes and the city. You can enjoy peace and serenity in the jacuzzi tub or sit out back and relax .Our home is extremely clean and offer it to guests who will treat it the same Self checkin . Please read all house rules. The space Very nice townhome . Very roomy . Well decorated bedrooms with large master bath with jacuzzi tub as well as a tiled shower. Outdoor security cameras are in use . Located at front at each end . Ring doorbell . One in rear patio monitor entrance to back end of house . Quite area. Guest access Can access the whole house except the garage. But please do not access the inside of garage . Parking is available in driveway. Please if your car leaks fluids park on the street. Other things to note Location is on the Eastside of town. We do allow pets with rule on cleaning up after them. There is a pet fee The pet fee is 100.00 per pet . They are not allowed on the beds. And if no one is present or you go out they must be crated or put in the back yard . But our homeowners association does not allow aggressive breeds such as pit bulls and Rottweiler. I’m am sorry if it’s a problem but we do not have any control over this. Yard is fenced.
