The space The apartment consists of a large living/dining room that moves onto your modern kitchen and bathroom. You have a large double bedroom and one single bedroom across the one floor. Living room and main bedroom hosts sky stream tv. Guest access access to the entire apartment Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of £300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. - We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay. - LOST KEYS: If keys are lost, a £100 replacement fee is required. At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay.
