Private bachelor apt has its own parking space, entrance and private balcony.Beach in about 25 steps. Large walk-in shower, king size bed and kitchen has stove, fridge. We are very proud to have made changes to our property to make it more environmentally sustainable: solar panels capture our energy from the sun, we capture rain from our roof and collect it into our cistern under the house, we place windows, patios, etc to capture the breezes to reduce the need to use air conditioning. Sit on the balcony and relax, read or listen to the waves. Walk to the beach or pool, lay in the hammock after swimming. Stroll around the property’s gardens, hunt for stones/shells or driftwood on the beach, enjoy a fire at night on the beach. Pool is shared with the 3 units of the building. Loungers, chairs and hammocks are available. We are available by phone, text or in person, or email. We have chosen our location for the proximity to the beach, the quiet and the sunset. The busier part of the beach is located about 1 km away and several restaurants are located here. There are some houses with permanent residents and guest houses in close proximity. There is parking available on site, or you can take a taxi to the property from the bus stop at the Pan-American Hwy at San Felix/turn-off for Las Lajas There is a private outdoor shower just outside your unit door so that you can shower after pool or beach. There is also a private beachside palapa/covered patio for relaxing/meals/sunrises and sunsets over the ocean
