Kettle, microwave, small fridge, toaster as well as your own BBQ on the deck. Complimentary tea, coffee and breakfast (cereal, milk, bread, butter and a variety of spreads). Smart TV with Freeview is Netflix capable. This well insulated property keeps you cool in the summer and also has electric panel heaters to keep you cosy if you choose to stay in autumn or winter There are beautiful vineyard views from all windows plus distant views of Onetangi bay. Sitting on the deck with a glass of wine taking in those views is sure to relax and get you in the holiday mode. Guest access The apartment occupies part of the lower level of our home. Completely separate with your own entrance, patio and small deck area. Ample onsite, shared car parking. Other things to note While the apartment is lovely and private you may, at times, be aware of general movement above. The space is ideal for 2 people although a child can be accommodated if required.
