Welcome! I’m Peter and have managed top London hotels for over 15 years. My aim is to offer you a place to stay with an unrivalled level of service and a great product which meets the needs of families, couples and friends. Please note that the house can accommodate up to 5 adults (two couples), one single adult (bottom bunk) and one child (top bunk) The space . Entering through the front door/porch area you will find yourself in the open plan living room/dining area. Continuing through the ground floor you will find the kitchen and back door leading into the garden. The stairs to the left of the dining room lead up to the bathroom where you find a toilet, standalone shower and a bath. The first floor comprises of the bathroom, children’s bedroom with a bunkbed and finally the master bedroom with a king-size bed. Opposite the master bedroom there is a door leading up to the second floor bedroom. This room can be used as a playroom/entertainment room or the Cocoon sofa can be converted into a comfortable double bed. Please see the floor plan in my pictures. All bedrooms contain either an echo dot, Amazon Alexa or FB portal device which control the dimmable bedroom lights and other lights throughout the house. These devices can also be used to set an alarms/reminders or simply to play your favourite music. Guest access Full access to entire house Other things to note After 9.30 pm noise should be kept to a minimum so not to disturb our neighbours. Unfortunately, due to damage caused by children in the past I am no longer able to accept bookings which include children between and including the ages of 3 & 12. Parking is available on the surrounding / parallel streets where permit parking doesn’t apply. Parking outside the house is not permitted as damage to the house itself could be caused. Guests are not allowed to bring any additional people into the house unless they are authorised to do so by myself Parties/gatherings are strictly forbidden. Whoever is making the booking must attend the booking. Under no circumstance can a booking be made for someone else. Whoever makes the booking is responsible for sharing the house rules with the rest of the group.
