Modern Townhouse near the ocean

We are renting our own space out when we are off islands during our vacations. It is a super modern town house located in the heart of Grand Cayman. 5 minuets drive to grocery, Spotts beach, Smith cove. 10 mins to Georgetown, 15 mins to Seven Mille Beach. On second floor, there is a full kitchen available for use, six chair dining table, sofa and 65 inch smart TV. There are two guest bedrooms. One with queen size, and one with daybed which could be pulled to a full bed with a workstation.
