“The Pavilion End”, while only a short walk from the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and the Allianz Stadium, is a spacious, yet cosy, apartment surrounded by all that Paddington has to offer. This is an ideal spot for easy access to restaurants, cafes, bookshops, galleries, cinemas, Oxford Street, designer clothes shops, Centennial Park, St. Vincent’s Hospital , The Entertainment Quarter and public transport to Bondi Beach, the City/Opera House, harbour ferries and elsewhere. The space The Pavilion End, with ample space to make you feel at home, caters for your needs, whether business or pleasure. Located in a 19th century house, The Pavilion End is a fully self-contained apartment, with its own secure entrance. A large air conditioned living area, with ample storage and power points, adjoins the kitchen containing an air-fryer, fridge freezer, microwave, induction cooker and pod coffee machine. Some cherished and unusual cricket artefacts give a nod to its name and sporting location The separate bedroom, has a queen-sized bed, ample wardrobe storage, a remote-controlled wall fan, as well as independent air conditioning and touch control bedside lamps. The en suite, with a walk-in shower, also contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. The Pavilion End has been designed for comfort and leisure so, in keeping with this sporting ethos, smoking, parties and gatherings are not permitted Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all of the apartment. Other things to note Paddington is an extremely vibrant suburb, sandwiched between the City to the west and Bondi to the east. As a consequence, street parking surrounding The Pavilion End is limited to one or two-hour. However, there are bus services close by, going to numerous destinations, while there as several car-share vehicles in the immediate vicinity. Sydney's Central Railway station is less than 1.5km away, with a regular train service to iconic locations, such as The Blue Mountains and the Southern Highlands. For those of a more active persuasion there is a Parkrun in Centennial Park on Saturdays at 7am. The start of the Parkrun is 2km from The Pavilion End; an ideal distance to warm up. Sydney has a subtropical climate and, as a consequence, has insects and bugs. Whist the apartment is professionally treated on a regular basis, it is impossible to prevent the occasional one entering; especially since it is a nineteenth century building.
