Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the attic and pump house. There is also one closet that is locked which contains nothing more than cleaning supplies. I live in Moncks Corner approximately 10 minutes from our family home. I keep my phone on 24 hours a day, and am usually always immediately available via text. I am affiliated with most organizations in the area and often times have passes to different areas and activities which I will gladly share with my guests. I am happy to confirm my status concerning any local activities upon request. Quiet, family oriented with neighbors who have lived here for years. Everyone looks out for each other! Plenty of parking at the house with its long driveway and two additional cleared lots adjoining it. Lots of people are seen walking and riding bikes or golf carts (not provided). Guests should note that the property is bordered on two sides by water and there is no barrier between the property and the water. Anyone with children or family members that can’t swim should consider this prior to booking. Also, the cameras on the outside of the house due to an unfortunate incident which occurred recently, are now active. There is absolutely no parking in the garage. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. The front porch and garage may be utilized by smokers.
