We have everything you'll need. The space This well decorated and comfortable apartment is located on the second floor of a detached carriage house, which sits to the right of the main house. The stairs to the front door are located on the left side of the carriage house. It has a brand new washer and dryer in case you need to do laundry during your stay. There is an exterior camera mounted on the back door of the main house that captures the entrance to the Carriage House as well. Guest entry and exit from the Carriage House can be viewed by that security camera. Guest access You will have the whole carriage house to yourself! Other things to note No smoking and no pets are permitted. Any evidence of pets or smoking, including odor, will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee to remove the smell.
