Lovely Studio with a beach view #4

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy your stay at my quiet and simple studio! This spacious flat is perfect for singles or a couple looking for a peaceful stay. It includes a large private bedroom with king bed , private bathroom, and well equipped kitchenette. It is 7 minus walk from the LA beach. Stand in the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the LA beach. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, including bars and restaurants or relax and Netflix & chill The space The apartment is on the 2nd floor, with 2 flight of stairs( one spiral). Other things to note The front of the building is located on the main road there for there might be traffic noise, while back of the building leads to an estate which is much quieter. There is also a church next door, on Sunday worship can be heard. We also have a pet cat (Ato) that hangs out around the terrace area. We also have no backup power supply(generator)
