A bright self-contained flat in Meinersdorf, Saxony. A short walk from an Aldi supermarket and a Chemnitz Erzgebirgsbahn rail connection. With rural views over the Zwönitztal at the foot of the Erzgebirge mountain range. One master bedroom with a double bed, plus a single bedroom and a large fold out sofa bed. The space The flat (AKA apartment, depending on where you're from!) is accessed from the 1st floor of an old house, through a (locked) door to a stairway. The stairway ascends to the left and leads to a small corridor. Five doors off the corridor lead to 1) The bathroom, which contains a bath, sink and shower cubicle. 2) A small WC with a small sink. 3) A small bedroom with a small window. 4) The master bedroom with double bed and two large windows. 5) An 'L' shaped living room with the kitchen area around the corner, at the end of the 'L'. Off the living room there is also a storage room which currently contains the fridge-freezer. Guest access The flat is entirely self-contained behind your own locked door! It is accessed through a communal main entrance and staircase. There are two other flats in the same building with a total of two existing residents. Other things to note Sleeping arrangements: 1 - 2 adults in the double bed in the master bedroom, 1 - 2 adults or children on the sofa bed in the living room (which is fairly narrow, at 1.35m wide), and one adult or child in the single bedroom. At a push there is probably space for 3 children on the sofa-bed. There are 2 flights of stairs, so the flat is not suitable for wheelchair users or the infirm. The windows (all on the 2nd floor) are hinged to the side and can be opened fully inwards - therefore the flat is not suited for unaccompanied children who are tall enough to open the windows by themselves.
