Bring the family and/or friends for a fun trip to the mountains! With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms downstairs (1 en suite), and an additional loft space and full bath upstairs, this house has plenty of room for a great stay in Big Bear. It is in close proximity (less than a mile) to Snow Summit and the shops on Moonridge, and is equipped with a Level 2 EV charger. The home also has Wi-Fi, a hot tub, a ping pong table and outdoor seating area for warmer nights, and a cozy fireplace for winter. The space The space is perfect for a large family and/or friend gathering. As you enter the house, you'll be greeted by high ceilings and a large open concept living room and kitchen, with a formal dining room in the distance. Each of the four bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, together with 2.5 bathrooms. The main bedroom at the end of the hallway has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate standing shower. Two bedrooms have one queen bed each, and one bedroom has two twin beds with two twin trundle beds (i.e. 4 twin beds in total). One of the bedrooms with a queen bed also has a modern ladder desk for those who are looking to work remotely. The loft area has a pull-out queen bed and full bathroom. It's a great area for the kids to hang out in as it's equipped with a TV, a variety of board games, and an art table. The kitchen is well-equipped with Le Creuset bakeware and All-Clad pots and pans. You'll also find essential kitchenware including a crockpot, blender, and hand mixer. The house is equipped with a smart / internet connected TV, Wi-Fi, ping pong table (seasonally in the summer), and movie projector outside (seasonally in the summer), BBQ grill, fireplace, tongs to roast marshmallows, family / board games, a vinyl record player, and a karaoke machine. The house also has central heat/AC connected to a Nest thermostat for convenience. Finally, near the house and off of Switzerland Dr., you'll find excellent hiking trails to enjoy during the warmer months! We do have the occasional coyote and bear visit our neighborhood so parents need to be mindful of kids.
