The space The accommodation offers 95 m² of comfortable space, located on the raised ground floor of a 2-unit house with private access by stairs. Living room: - Large bright room with kitchen open to the living and dining room. - Direct access to a veranda, ideal for a coffee or aperitif. - Sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, board games and books for relaxing moments. Equipped kitchen: - Dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove. - Kettle, coffee machine, toaster. - Complete tableware and utensils. Bedrooms: - 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 double single bed (sofa bed) in one bedroom. - Convenient storage. - Bedding provided. Bathroom: - Spacious shower. - Towel dryer and hairdryer. - Towels provided. Laundry area: - Washer & dryer. - Clothesline, iron and laundry. Exteriors: - Common covered area with plancha and dining area. - Common courtyard with foosball and ping pong table. Parking: - Private parking with a dedicated space on the property. Pets: - Accepted on request and according to regulations (surcharge). Guest access You will have access to the entire cottage, located on the raised ground floor of a house with two apartments. The entrance is private and is via an external staircase, after passing through a secure automatic gate. Private parking with a dedicated space is located directly in the courtyard of the property. You also have access to an EV charging station (for a fee). You can also enjoy the common outdoor areas: courtyard, covered area with foosball, ping-pong, plancha and dining area. Other things to note Important information about pets Pets are allowed only on request and under certain conditions: - Additional €20 per dog per stay. - Maximum: 2 dogs. - Maximum weight: 15-20 kg per dog. - Dogs must be clean, calm and not be left alone in the accommodation. - Please let us know before booking to confirm acceptance with the owners. Any booking with undeclared animals may be cancelled.
