Unplugging from the world can be great for the mind, body and soul, a chance to recharge and relax in peace and quiet. Our Pond View Cabin is the perfect place to to do just that. Located on a farm where we have horses, goats, sheep etc, not to mention an abundance of wildlife including bear, wild turkey, deer, bald eagles, bobcat etc. Enjoy 100 acres of hiking trails. Just bring your essentials, a cooler of food and beverages, and a camera to capture the memories and leave your worries behind. This is Glamping! This cabin has a queen size bed and a queen size futon. There is also a pub table with 2 stool and a end table. We supply the linens for the queen bed. This cabin has no running water or electric but there are some solar lights for lighting. There is a porta potty approx 40 ft from the cabin and a pop up portable shower tent with a solar sun shower. You also have access to a small shower house with instant hot water. There is a large fire pit with a grill top for cooking. We supply the firewood, we also supply a jug of drinking water. Pets are welcome if they are well behaved and housebroken. There is for a one time fee of $20 per pet non-refundable. There are over 100 acres with awesome trails and beautiful views on CB Ranch to hike or ride and explore. Horses are welcome with prior notice, additional fees may apply. The area has many parks and trails for: Fly Fishing, Kayaking, Biking, Hiking, Riding and Photography, etc... Attractions include: The Greenbrier River Rails to Trails(77 miles long), Droop Mountain, Beartown Park, Greenbrier State Park, Farmers Market, The West Virginia State Fair, Antique Shopping, Flea Markets, Lost World Cavern, Organ Cave, The West Virginia Renaissance Festival, Historic museums and just beautiful country drives. Downtown Lewisburg is only 10 mins away with fine dining, shopping, Theater, First Friday events and many festivals throughout the year. Come visit West Virginia "The Wild and Wonderful!!" There is a gravel driveway that goes right to cabin with parking. This farm is only 4 miles from town yet very secluded on a 100 acre farm and surrounded by lots of other farm land. Pets must be kept on a leash and are not to be left unattended in the cabin. I offer pet boarding at the main house in case you need my services.
