Large 105-square-meter apartment surrounded by the greenery of San Lazzaro di Savena, about ten minutes from the center of Bologna and a few minutes from the ring road and A14 highway. A few steps away you will find the 90 bus stop, useful for reaching the city center (10 min), Bellaria Hospital (5 min). The area is equipped with every service: pharmacy, pizzeria, supermarket, etc. Under the house there is a large free parking lot and a beautiful park with soccer fields, basketball, games and a kiosk. The space The apartment has a large living room with a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace. The spaces are very large and bright, in a very quiet and peaceful residential area, surrounded by greenery and convenient both for walking and for reaching the city. The guest will have a bedroom and bathroom for exclusive use, as well as sharing the living room and kitchen with us. Guest access The guest has a nice single room and a private bathroom that we leave for exclusive use. The room has a single bed (if desired, a second bed), a large wardrobe, and a desk for home office/studying. In the private bathroom you will find a large shower and washing machine. During your stay We will be present but discreet, available to our guests with a smile or a slice of cake. Other things to note I live in the house with my two children, Sole and Edoardo. We are cheerful, affectionate, a little lively but respectful. Our ideal guest is a working/student/tourist girl/woman looking for a quiet space to stay/study/work.
